Out of the vault…

I went to visit my hair stylist. He was a woman this time. I suppose it was an important cut since I was to be married the next day. She began cutting and it was going well until she started gripping my head and lamenting. She seemed horribly sad. I asked her out of concern, what was wrong? Her answers were random and as wooden as some sticks falling to the ground. I suggested that she get some help from a doctor or someone. She said she was already seeing a doctor and that he didn’t listen. She quickly straightened up and led me over to her her huge bird cage which occupied a large part of her room. It was filled with a dozen beautiful parrots and other colourful birds. She began talking to a restless yellow one. It just carried on flying and squawking with little concern. “You see? This is what it’s like!”
I soon realized that no one could help her.
